Cancel Items from an Order
You can cancel your order for any item sold by InspirationsWallArt.com, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Please contact us to cancel an order.
If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund. Please read our Return Policy below for more information.
General Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by InspirationsWallArt.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are opened and used.
Items that are damaged by customers.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item by contacting us and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 5 to 7 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. We'll notify you via e-mail of your exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
